Everywhere I turn people are ranting or raving about customer service. Most of it is ranting at the lack of care persons in business have for their customers, but there are plenty of cases of raving too.
In an effort to focus these thoughts in one place, I began this blog. I would like to hope that the raves will outnumber the rants, but I have been out in this world and know that on any given day I can have numerous run-ins with various service people who do not give a rats behind about customers. I REALLY want to have lots of posting that rave about how this person went out of their way to take care of a customer, or fix a problem for a customer.
Let us see how this goes!
